Our client, a leading car accessories company, has successfully established a strong presence across India by partnering with major markets and building an extensive sales network. Building on this success, the company is now expanding internationally with a strong focus on the GCC and African regions, aiming to replicate its successful Indian model globally with innovative products, reliable quality and a structured retail approach at a scale not previously seen in the automotive aftermarket.

Location: Dubai (Ras Al Khaimah Registered Office / Deira Showroom)

Years of Experience: 8 - 14 Years

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or a maximum one-month notice period.

Key Responsibilities
Market Development Saudi & GCC
  • Travel frequently (1220 days per month) across Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries.
  • Identify distributors, wholesalers and retailers for auto accessories (LEDs, Android systems, dashcams, wipers, horns, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and invite prospects to the Dubai showroom.
Sales & Exports Execution
  • Convert showroom leads and field contacts into bulk export orders.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms and close B2B deals.
  • Handle export documentation, invoicing, shipping and logistics coordination with backend teams.
Showroom & Team Management
  • Manage one showroom executive, ensuring smooth handling of walk‑in customers and proper lead transfer.
  • Train and guide the team on customer handling and product knowledge.
  • Explore East African markets (Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda) for additional export opportunities.
Reporting & Coordination
  • Provide regular updates to management on the sales pipeline, order bookings and market trends.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
