Our export reach spans Africa and the Middle East where our reputation is built on reliable service product availability and a fastgrowing portfolio of owned and internationally registered brands.
Our extensive product offering includes engine parts transmission components clutch systems suspension and steering parts brake systems lubricants and more delivering value to distributors wholesalers and fleet operators across the region.
This senior level role is focused on expanding export sales of aftermarket spare parts across Africa and the Middle East specifically for Japanese and Korean vehicles. As Export Senior Sales Manager you will lead regional sales strategies develop longterm distributor partnerships and promote our full product range and brand portfolio.
You’ll collaborate with supply chain product and marketing teams to ensure that our inventory pricing and promotions align with regional demand and business goals.
Lead and execute export sales strategies for Africa and the Middle East focusing on aftermarket parts for Japanese and Korean cars and trucks.
Promote and expand the visibility of our owned and registered aftermarket brands featuring:
Analyze company stock data to align inventory levels with market demand and sales plans.
Build strong relationships with key distributors wholesalers and fleet customers across target countries.
Drive consistent sales growth in line with revenue and margin objectives.
Manage and mentor the export sales team setting clear KPIs and ensuring execution.
Work with marketing and product teams to develop tailored campaigns and support tools for MEA markets.
Monitor and analyze regional pricing trends competitor activity and customer needs in the aftermarket sector.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions industry events and client meetings throughout the region.
Provide regular sales reports market intelligence and strategic insights to senior management.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Automotive Engineering or a related field (MBA preferred).
10 years of experience in automotive aftermarket export sales preferably with a focus on Japanese and Korean vehicle parts.
Comprehensive product knowledge across:
Proven track record in growing brand presence and distribution networks across Africa and the Middle East.
Established relationships with key players in markets such as Nigeria Tanzania Ghana Kenya UAE Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
Experience with privatelabel or ownedbrand promotion in international markets.
Strong leadership negotiation and strategic sales skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools Microsoft Excel and sales performance tracking.
Fluent in English; Arabic and/or French is a strong asset.
Willing to travel extensively across MEA.
