We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our Motors team and focus on our Car Sales segment. This segment offers a huge opportunity for highly driven sales professionals who are eager to make an impact.

Responsibilities
  • Establish contact and develop relationships with business owners and other stakeholders in the Auto Industry.
  • Develop a database of leads through referrals, telephone, canvassing, face‑to‑face, cold calling on business owners, direct mail, and networking.
  • Sell value‑added products and subscriptions to new and existing accounts.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales KPIs (value and volume).
  • Provide client training to ensure efficient and continuous use of the service and provide performance regular reviews and reports to ensure maximum client retention.
  • Consistently monitor client health and quality metrics to ensure they are in line with management’s expectations and efficient use of the service and no malpractice.
  • Communicate effectively to manage clients’ expectations to ensure they receive a great Dubizzle experience.
  • Review clients’ accounts and highlight areas where the client can improve performance to get more out of their listing.
  • Work within a fast‑paced, high‑performing team.
Qualifications
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant sales experience with at least 1 year of B2B sales.
  • Online sales experience is a bonus.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic/Urdu.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced and target‑driven company.
  • Strong computer skills with excellent MS Office knowledge.
  • Proven success in previous sales roles.
  • Familiarity with the Dubizzle website.
