A local company in Dubai is seeking a Supervisor to manage workflow and employee performance. You will set goals, organize tasks, and provide coaching. Ideal candidates have supervisory experience and strong communication skills. The position offers a competitive salary range of AED 2500-3500, open to all qualified candidates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to resolve issues and manage tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
- Set performance goals and deadlines.
- Organize workflow and delegate tasks.
- Monitor productivity and provide feedback.
- Resolve employee issues and complaints.
- Maintain personnel records and timekeeping.
We are looking for a responsible Supervisor to oversee the workflow at our facilities. The role is complex and involves more than supervising others. The supervisor is also responsible for coaching, resolving issues, and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management.
- Set goals for performance and deadlines that align with the company's plans and vision, and communicate them to subordinates.
- Organize workflow and ensure employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Receive complaints and resolve problems.
