Job summary

A premier theme park operator in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a supervisor to manage a team, ensuring high service standards and effective operations in a water park environment. The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in theme parks, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to customer service. This role includes training, scheduling, and maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisor experience in theme parks/water parks.
  • At least 3 years' experience in water park operations.
  • Hold an active Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training Program License.
  • Good English skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage a small team and ensure effective training.
  • Compile duty schedules for operational readiness.
  • Plan and deliver on-job training for colleagues.
  • Motivate colleagues with incentive programs.
  • Review and maintain departmental policies and standards.
