The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in theme parks, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to customer service. This role includes training, scheduling, and maintaining operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisor experience in theme parks/water parks.
- At least 3 years' experience in water park operations.
- Hold an active Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training Program License.
- Good English skills both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage a small team and ensure effective training.
- Compile duty schedules for operational readiness.
- Plan and deliver on-job training for colleagues.
- Motivate colleagues with incentive programs.
- Review and maintain departmental policies and standards.
