Responsibilities

• Supervise all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
• Ensure high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor operational costs, budgets, and financial performance.
• Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Support department heads in achieving operational and business targets.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, facilities, and public areas.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate hotel staff in collaboration with HR.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP, Fire Safety, First Aid).
• Prepare operational reports and present findings to senior management.
