As a Sales Advisor specializing in furniture and beauty products, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within our showroom. Your responsibilities will encompass product knowledge, customer engagement, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for furniture and beauty products, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the features, benefits, and unique selling points of furniture and beauty products in the showroom.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product launches, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate the value of our products.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner, understanding needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer requirements and preferences.
- Conduct product demonstrations or consultations to showcase the features and benefits of furniture and beauty items.
- Sales and Targets:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and explore additional sales opportunities.
- Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Foster a positive shopping experience by providing excellent customer service and addressing customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure the showroom is well-organized, visually appealing, and products are effectively displayed.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and signage to highlight featured products.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and inventory levels.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking and product replenishment.
