Job Summary

As the Regional Product Strategy Lead for the AI Data Platform (AIDP), you will drive commercial success, partner strategy, and technical evangelism for Oracle’s next‑generation AI‑driven data product line across Middle East. You will blend technical depth in GenAI, data platforms, and agentic workflows with business leadership to shape go‑to‑market strategies, influence the product roadmap, and empower both sales teams and customers to realize tangible business outcomes with Oracle’s AIDP.

Mandatory Qualifications
  • 15+ years’ experience in cloud data platform / analytics sales, solution engineering, or business development
  • Proven revenue‑driving record and success with complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Deep technical proficiency in lakehouse architectures, data mesh, and cloud‑native data platforms
  • Hands‑on expertise with AI / ML workflows, LLMs / GenAI, RAG pipelines, vector databases, semantic search
  • Strong familiarity with open‑source frameworks (., Spark, Kafka, Airflow), Python, and REST APIs
  • Experience with leading cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or Snowflake
  • Executive‑level written and verbal communication skills; proven C‑level engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver enablement, programs, and technical assets that drive adoption
Good‑to‑Have
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks
  • Previous technical customer‑facing role at a high‑growth tech company
  • Track record of delivering reusable accelerators / patterns for data / AI adoption across industries
Revenue Generation & Strategy
  • Define and launch the global sales play for AIDP through enablement, readiness, and customer segmentation
  • Develop and execute scalable revenue‑generating programs (go‑to‑market, events, PoCs, pilots)
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify and pursue high‑value opportunities in target markets
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing to position AIDP competitively
Technical Leadership & Expertise
  • Serve as the primary technical authority and product expert for field sales and engineering teams
  • Develop technical assets such as reference architectures, solution demos, and customer design patterns
  • Lead technical discovery and solution design workshops with prospects and clients
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with CTOs, CDOs, and VP‑level customer stakeholders
  • Facilitate high‑impact technical discussions as a trusted advisor for AI / data transformation
Solution Architecture & Positioning
  • Translate product capabilities into compelling business value for data engineers, scientists, and business leaders
  • Influence AIDP roadmap priorities based on direct customer feedback and needs
  • Develop vertical‑specific use cases, reusable accelerators, and industry positioning for scenarios such as RAG, semantic search, and agentic workflows

Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products / services / processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products / services / processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 8 or more years of software engineering or related experience.
