Job summary

A leading automotive service provider in Dubai is seeking a Technical Consultant to provide expert guidance during vehicle diagnostics and repairs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automotive workshops, with strong skills in customer interaction and technician mentoring. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate diagnostics, warranty adherence, and leading training initiatives for technicians, all while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5 years overall experience in automotive dealership workshop environment.
• At least 2 years in a similar role or 3 years as a Diagnostic / Master Technician.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• IMI or equivalent EV / PHEV certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert technical consultation and guidance during the vehicle intake process.
• communicate technical report findings to technicians.
• Ensure adherence to warranty processes and procedures.
• Conduct audits of diagnostic tools and equipment.
