A recruitment firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide support to management and project teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in the UAE, preferably in the Construction or Interior Fit-out industry, and possess excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and preferred nationalities include Polish, Russian, or North Indian.
Provide administrative and clerical support to management and project teams.
Prepare, organize, and manage company documents, correspondence, and reports.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as required.
Maintain records of employee attendance, project files, and office supplies.
Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.
Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and other documentation.
Support HR and operations teams in day-to-day administrative tasks.
6 years of UAE experience in an administrative role.
Background in Construction / Interior Fit-out industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Nationality Preferred: Polish / Russian / North Indian.
