We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, take initiative, and use resources effectively, while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative & Process Support
  • Manage internal workflows and approvals, ensuring processes are followed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate and follow up on the preparation, tracking, and status updates of key business documents.
  • Support internal and external business processes, ensuring smooth handover and process facilitation across teams.
2. Document Control & Coordination
  • Act as a document controller, maintaining organized records of contracts, engagement letters, and business documents.
  • Ensure documents are properly filed, updated, and accessible when needed.
  • Track document versions, approvals, and completion status.
    3. Scheduling & Communication
    • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating with internal teams and direct reports, and follow-ups.
    • Provide daily administrative assistance to ensure sales team members can focus on client-facing activities.
    • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
    Required Qualifications
    • Previous experience in Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, PA, or Office Administration roles.
    • Experience in professional services, consulting, or corporate environments is a plus.
