A leading administrative services provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Admin Assistant for the Projects Department. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in project administration, preferably in a document handling position. Responsibilities include managing project-related tasks, organizing meetings, and maintaining project documentation. Ideal candidates must possess strong organizational and communication skills along with proficiency in MS Office tools. This is a 6-month contract with a potential extension.

Job Title: Admin Assistant Projects Department
Location: Abu Dhabi
Duration: 6 months (possible extension for another 6 months)

Job Summary:
Seeking a highly experienced Admin Assistant with a strong background in project administration (minimum 10 years) preferably within a Document controller coordinator. The role involves managing priority meetings preparing accurate Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and providing comprehensive administrative support to the Projects Department.

Key Responsibilities
