Now, we’re expanding our Dubai operations—and we’re looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Office Manager to help us keep the magic running behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

As our Office Manager, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of our Dubai office and a key connector with our other offices and touring crew. You’ll support our production team, liaise with venues and government entities, and help coordinate the logistics that make our shows spectacular.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations: supplies, scheduling, administration
  • Act as the primary liaison with venues: negotiate contracts, secure bookings, coordinate logistics
  • Communicate regularly with government offices for permits, approvals, and other formalities
  • Collaborate with producers and technical leads to ensure flawless execution
  • Manage office budgets and expenses, track spending, and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Assist with event planning, vendor coordination, and production scheduling
  • Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Maintain office systems and procedures for maximum efficiency
  • Provide administrative support to senior management
  • Attend meetings across different time zones and regions
  • Travel as needed to support productions and office coordination

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who’s not just organized—but obsessed with detail, driven by excellence, and passionate about live entertainment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role (event production experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially with venues, vendors, and government entities
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Experience managing budgets and tracking expenses
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Flexible, adaptable, and resourceful mindset
  • Knowledge of the UAE’s PR hiring process (not mandatory, but a plus)
  • Willingness to travel and work across time zones when needed
  • Knowledge of the event industry and venue operations is a plus
