Role: Administrative Coordinator

Location: Dubai

Role Purpose

Assist the Valuation department in registering new requests, emailing and calling clients/customers, arranging inspections and general admin housekeeping.

Key Accountabilities of the role
General
  • Provide a high level of customer service and care
  • Present the company in a professional manner in all business events.
  • Self-development and continuing personal development.
Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures
  • Collect and report to senior admin business process and problems to develop solutions in order to enhance efficiencies.
  • Including good use of MS Office Oracle and Other ADIB Applications.
Valuations
  • Ensure a high standard of work level
  • Ensure turnaround times are met for all respective cases
Training
  • MS Office Oracle
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role
  • Diploma Degree (preferred in Real Estate Valuation/projects)
  • Good communication skills
  • Good office skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications CRM etc.
