• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets within the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of sales and negotiation techniques and methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions effectively.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours when necessary.
