Job summary

An international company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Accountant & Administration Assistant to manage accounting tasks using QuickBooks, conduct audits, and coordinate employee visa processes. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
  • Good accounting experience is required.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and SAP Business ByDesign is preferred.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Record all accounting transactions using QuickBooks.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting tasks.
  • Request purchase quotations and manage office supplies.
  • Assist with the annual finance auditing.
  • Collaborate with the PRO to handle visa processes.
  • Manage employee HR-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate travel logistics through a travel agency.
