Job summary
A leading delivery platform in Dubai is seeking a Legal Affairs professional to draft and negotiate contracts, provide legal advice, and manage compliance with UAE laws. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in law with 4-5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within e-commerce or technology. Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, along with fluency in English and Arabic. This role offers a dynamic environment focused on delivering quality legal solutions.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in e-commerce or international law firms.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE MENA laws and regulations for at least 3 years.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate contracts and documents.
- Provide legal advice on contracts and commercial matters.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal opinions.
- Manage litigation cases with external law firms.
- Conduct regulatory analysis and ensure compliance.
