Job summary

A leading hotel chain in Dubai seeks a Hotel Security Manager responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests and staff, developing security measures, and overseeing incident investigations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has considerable experience in security roles. Responsibilities include managing the Security Department and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This full-time position does not offer remote work.

Qualifications

  • Significant years of experience in a similar security position.
  • Experience in investigation, interrogation, and establishing reports.
  • Completion of a money travelers cheques counterfeiting course by Dubai Police.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and security of all hotel guests and staff.
  • Organize and conduct monthly meetings of the Security Committee.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating security procedures.
  • Investigate and follow up on all incident and accident reports.
  • Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Security Department.

Job description
  • Ensures the safety and security of all hotel guest and staff.
  • Ensures all regulations with regards to safety and security are being met
  • Is responsible for the organization and monthly meetings of the Security Committee.
  • Ensures the risk for the hotel with regards to guest and staff incidents is kept to a minimum.
  • Ensures high rating on the annual security audit.
  • To undertake full responsibility of the security officers for supervising and to enforce security policies and procedures in accordance with Pullman guidelines and also insure compliance to all local regulations.
  • To provide supervisory guidance and support to all security officer colleagues within the security department.
  • To develop implement and enforce the standard operating security procedures.
  • To investigate review and follow up on all incidents loss & accident reports.
  • To effectively resolve guest related conflicts and accordingly communicate ensure follow ups
  • To perform daily administration of the hotels key control program.
  • To be responsible for the day to day operation of the Security Department and should effectively enforce hotels rule and regulations.
  • To supervise the administration of lost and found with daily audits and exercise gate pass control procedure.
  • To protect hotel assets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree or more.
  • Significant years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in investigation interrogation and establishing reports
  • Certified Security Manger from Dubai Police.
  • Crisis management and interaction management.
  • Money travelers Cheques counterfeiting course by Dubai Police.
