We are seeking a Marketing and Business Development Associate (Female) with a proactive mindset and exceptional attention to detail to join our growing team.

• Client and Consultant Liaison: Assist in maintaining communication with clients and consultants, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
• Registration, Testing, and Certification: Support the team in managing product registration, testing, and certification processes.
• Pre-Qualification and Document Preparation: Prepare pre-qualification documents, proposals, and other marketing-related submissions.
• Marketing Material Creation: Collaborate to create and design high-quality marketing materials such as technical brochures, presentations, and flyers.
• Social Media Management: Assist with managing and updating social media platforms like LinkedIn, aligned with company marketing strategies.
• Database Management: Regularly update and maintain the consultant/project database to ensure all contact details and project information are current and accurate.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in Marketing or Business Development.
• Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with photo editing tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
• Basic understanding of AI tools and their application in marketing processes.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• A valid UAE driving license to support potential travel for client meetings and project requirements.

• A female candidate who is self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• A creative thinker capable of suggesting and implementing new marketing strategies.
• Strong attention to detail with efficient task prioritization skills.
• Professional demeanor and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
