Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries with accurate and timely information.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach at all times.
Document all customer interactions and transactions in CRM software.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Research and identify potential leads via online platforms, social media, and networking events.
Utilize CRM tools to manage, track, and qualify leads.
Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.
Develop and implement lead engagement strategies.
Schedule meetings and appointments for senior sales team members.
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients.
Understand client needs and communicate the value of our services and solutions.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies.
Follow up with leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry updates.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Proven experience in both customer support and sales, preferably within the hospitality or F&B industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Solid understanding of local market dynamics and client behavior.
Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
Must have a personal laptop, UAE driver's license.
