BLUCO LLCFZ is urgently seeking an experienced and dynamic Arabicspeaking Talent Acquisition Manager / Admin Manager to join our growing team. This pivotal role combines HR recruitment administration and client relationship management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full recruitment cycle: sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage daytoday administrative operations including document control employee records and office coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Proactively identify and engage with new potential clients to grow the business.
  • Draft review and manage client contracts and ensure all agreements are properly documented and executed.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the point of contact for HR and recruitment service discussions.
  • Prepare reports assist with planning and support management with HR and clientrelated projects.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition Administration and Client Management within the UAE.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and contract procedures.
