Accounting Specialist jobs in United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a Coordinator Accounting to join our growing team and assist with the preparation of financial statements and audit processing.

Responsibilities

1. Recording financial transactions in accounting MSD365.
2. Assisting with audit processing.
3. Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes.
4. Preparing journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
5. Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
6. Participating in audits and providing support to auditors.
7. Organizing and maintaining the files and documents and archiving.

Qualifications

What Are We Looking For

• UAE Nationals only.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Prior experience in an administrative support role is preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with computer applications, such as Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with accounting basics to build on.
• Problem solver.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
