Job Purpose

The hiring of a Cashier Accountant is crucial for strengthening financial operations ensuring accuracy in cash handling and maintaining streamlined accounting processes. The role will support day‑day financial transactions reconciliations and reporting while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Account Receivables
• Preparation of receipt & Updating of all the Customer related receipts whether it is Cash Cheque bank transfer or any other mode of Payment in NetSuite & SO Report.
• Updating payment in Matrix for Work Order purposes
• Depositing in CDM all the liquid cash received from customers inspection charges Loan repayment Deductions or any other Cash received.
• Invoicing all the Sales Orders.
• Preparation of SOA of customers as per Request.
• Coordinating With the person handling Bank accounts (Shiyas/Anwar) regarding the amounts deposited pending to credit & inward Transfers pending to credit.
• Collection of Security Cheque/ Cash from Shipping Companies Against customs duty.
• Releasing of Security Cheque to shipper Once customs claim is settled.
• Collecting keeping & checking all the exit documents for export purpose of vehicles.
• Releasing Exit documents to warehouse once payment cleared & security cheque received.
• Following up with Shipping companies/ Customers for settling the customs fine if received on any shipment any inspection/other charges pending to receive.
• Creation of issue in Jira if need to open case against any shipping co. regarding demand notices unpaid & need to provide all supporting documents to Legal Person.
• Creating invoice for Inspection/ Any other charges as per the request from Logistics/ sales/Sales support.
