Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Geotechnical Inspector to join their team. The ideal candidate will perform construction inspection activities and quality control procedures, interfacing with clients and the contractor's staff. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil/geotechnical inspection. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in civil/geotechnical inspection of land development construction works.
• Knowledge and experience using computer software such as Flaxis, Geostudio, Slide.
• GCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients and contractor’s staff to determine and verify project requirements.
• Prepares inspection reports and site records.
• Supervises geological tests like soil compaction and concrete compression.
• Ensure project quality control procedures are monitored for improvement.
• Receive material inspection requests and verify civil materials for compliance.
