Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of structural site inspection experience within the UAE construction industry.
• Strong understanding of structural materials and workmanship defects.
• Proficiency in interpreting IFC drawings, specifications, and method statements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily site inspections for all structural works.
• Monitor contractor activities for compliance with authority requirements.
• Identify deviations and issue Site Observation Reports when necessary.
