Since its inception in 1990, the company has grown to become one of the leading suppliers and distributors of premium quality fresh cut flowers, indoor plants, and foliages. All floral products are from the company’s own farms.

Today, the company is the largest distributor of fresh flowers, foliage, and indoor plants in the Middle East. With global expansion plans, the company is further establishing its presence in existing markets including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kenya, Ethiopia, India, and Malaysia.

The Role

Job Purpose:

  • Identify, affiliate, and onboard major clients such as Hotels, Corporates, Events, and Weddings.
  • Accountable for Business Development and Client Relationship Management.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential leads, evaluate, and qualify prospects.
  • Follow up regularly to nurture relationships with current contacts and new prospects.
  • Develop business with existing vendors and expand the client base for additional product categories.
  • Identify areas for development and propose strategies.
  • Develop long-term business strategies to foster growth in key areas.
  • Submit daily reports on meetings, follow-ups, cold calls, and contracts.
  • Create weekly/monthly forecasts and reports on market performance.
  • Enhance networking opportunities through regular meetings and surveys, and expand contacts.
  • Perform MIS reporting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Ideal Profile

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE within the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in changing environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable with numerical data.
  • Highly goal-oriented and capable of working in fast-paced environments.
  • Willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
