Essential Functions

  • Ensures outstanding customer service through regular client follow up.
  • Oversees final production and delivery of proposals pitches and presentations.

  • Builds and maintains client databases using CRM tools.
  • Assists business development manager in closing and finalizing deals.
  • Assists in identifying new business opportunities through existing and new partnerships.
  • Assists the Business Development Department in developing and championing new business processes projects and products.
  • Supports the onboarding of partners and clients and helps maintain good and healthy relationships through effective liaising.
