Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a Sales Executive at a plywood/particle board manufacturing company. The role involves driving sales and developing key client relationships in the UAE's construction market.

• Promote advanced, eco‑friendly engineered wood and sustainable building materials across construction, interiors, and related segments.
• Identify, nurture, and convert new business opportunities within the UAE’s rapidly growing building market.
• Conduct consultative sales meetings, site visits, and technical presentations for architects, contractors, and developers.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships for both new and repeat business.
• Track market developments, sustainability standards, and monitor competitor activity in the eco‑construction sector.
• Represent the company at key trade shows, seminars, and industry events.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and provide regular performance reports to management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience in building materials, construction products, or sustainability‑focused sectors preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Technical understanding of green building materials or engineered wood products is an advantage.
• Results‑driven with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• UAE driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
