The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through lead generation and project acquisitions. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the Dubai market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to represent the company with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert qualified leads within the interior fit-out industry.
• Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, real estate firms, and clients.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities across Dubai and surrounding markets.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives.
• Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of Business Development experience in the interior fit-out industry (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of the Dubai business market and industry players.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & Hindi.
• UAE Driving License – must have.
• Ability to work independently with strong negotiation and networking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
