About this Position We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive business growth, strengthen customer engagement, and enhance brand positioning across the GCC region. This role will oversee a diverse portfolio of brands spanning multiple industries and customer segments. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and a deep understanding of industrial markets, customer needs, and value‑based marketing.

What you´ll do
  • Drive the regional marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, sales targets, and the product portfolio.
  • Lead market analysis to identify growth opportunities, customer insights, and competitive positioning.
  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to define and execute go‑to‑market strategies for key segments and innovations.
  • Strengthen brand awareness through integrated campaigns and high‑quality marketing materials aligned with global guidelines.
  • Oversee all digital marketing initiatives and retail marketing activities across the GCC region, including rebranding and in‑store revamps.
  • Manage events, distributor training programs, marketing budgets, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless execution.
