Job summary

A leading furniture solutions provider in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and manage client relationships in the joinery and furniture sector. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience with a strong network in the construction and hospitality markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet sales targets. A UAE driving license is required for this role.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in joinery interiors and/or loose furniture sales within the UAE.
  • Strong technical understanding of joinery products and production processes.
  • Proven ability to manage design presentations and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • UAE driving license required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for joinery and furniture projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and designers.
  • Prepare quotations and project proposals in coordination with teams.
  • Follow up on leads and client meetings for successful conversions.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Design, Production, and Project Management teams.
  • Achieve sales targets while maintaining profitability.

Job description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with proven experience in project sales for joinery and furniture. The role requires a strong network within the construction and hospitality sectors and the ability to identify negotiate and close opportunities from design to execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for custom joinery kitchens wardrobes doors and loose furniture projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors designers consultants and developers.
  • Prepare quotations project proposals and presentations in coordination with the design and estimation teams.
  • Follow up on leads site visits and client meetings to ensure successful project conversion.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in residential and hospitality sectors.
  • Coordinate closely with the Design Production and Project Management teams to ensure smooth handovers and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining profitability and client trust.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience in joinery interiors and/or loose furniture sales within the UAE.
  • Strong technical understanding of joinery products finishes and production processes.
  • Proven ability to manage design presentations quotations and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Self-driven well organized and capable of handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • UAE driving license required.
