Job summary
A leading multi-brand restaurant company in Dubai is seeking a Manager, International Field Marketing. The role involves overseeing franchisees to implement effective marketing strategies for brand awareness and growth. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, 5 years of marketing experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. This position requires a global mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years marketing experience required.
- Restaurant industry relevant experience preferred.
- International experience required.
Responsibilities
- Lead franchisees in developing multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Manage media strategies across traditional and digital channels.
- Track and optimize marketing campaign performance.
- Collaborate with Regional Teams to drive performance.
- Drive strategic planning for new market entries.
- Lead development of market-relevant menu strategies.
- Ensure brand standards and consistency across marketing channels.
