A global leader in hospitality is looking for a Vice President – Sales to oversee the international sales operations from Dubai. This role requires at least 10 years of experience in B2B sales within the travel industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop strategic market plans. The position involves significant travel and management of multi-regional sales teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in international B2B sales, ideally within travel, hospitality, or global distribution.
• Proven ability to manage multi-regional sales teams and achieve large-scale revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of B2B travel ecosystems including wholesalers, OTAs, DMCs, and aggregators.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the international sales team to achieve strong revenue growth across global markets.
• Take full P&L ownership of international sales and deliver quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic market expansion plans focused on high-potential regions and partnerships.
