About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in banking, SME banking, DSA channels, business loans, and business account acquisition. The role focuses on driving new business, acquiring clients, achieving revenue targets, and contributing to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify and acquire new clients through field visits, networking, cold calling, and partnerships.
- Promote SME-related banking products including Business Loans, Working Capital Loans, Business Accounts, POS/Merchant Services, and related financial products.
- Build strategic relationships with SMEs, banks, DSAs, and business owners.
2. Revenue Generation & Collection
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets set by management.
- Ensure timely collection from clients to meet company cash‑flow goals.
- Address target deficits on a quarterly adjustment basis.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain long‑term relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
- Understand client needs and offer suitable financial solutions.
- Handle client documentation, eligibility checks, and follow‑ups with banking partners.
4. Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, revenue, and pipeline activities.
- Represent the company in networking events and business forums.

Requirements
