Key Responsibilities Summarised

1. Process and reconcile bank accounts on Pastel
2. Manage bank, credit card, and intercompany loan entries and reconciliations
3. Load salary, wage, and supplier payments
4. Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial reports
5. Oversee monthly trial balance and ensure accuracy
6. Maintain fixed asset register and ensure assets align with FAR
7. Assist with VAT submissions and compliance checks
8. Manage debtors, creditors, and supplier reconciliations
9. Prepare job costings and monitor export documentation
10. Support audits, provisional tax calculations, and journal processing

Knowledge / Qualifications / Experience

1. B. Comm Accounting degree
2. 3-4 years’ experience
3. Knowledge of financial accounting, VAT and IFRS
4. Pastel Accounting experience
