On behalf of a valued client, a dynamic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner who will play a pivotal role in consulting, advising and coaching managers and employees while implementing effective Human Capital processes and workforce solutions.

  • Facilitate and manage the implementation of all HR policies and procedures

  • Ensure accurate data management and reporting for all HR information

  • Manage daily payroll and HR‑related employee enquiries, including shifts and overtime
  • Facilitate the development and execution of individual training plans, including delivering training where required
  • Support organisational design initiatives in partnership with the business
  • Ensure full compliance with relevant HR legislation
  • Drive strategic HR projects aligned to business objectives
  • Facilitate HR activities that enhance employee experience and engagement
Key Requirements
