We are looking for a driven and experienced Electronic R&D Manager to lead our talented research and development team.

As the Electronic R&D Manager you will be at the forefront of innovation, managing the design, development and implementation of cutting-edge electronic systems. You’ll oversee a multidisciplinary team of engineers and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments including product development, software and manufacturing.

• Lead and manage the electronics R&D team ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs
• Drive innovation and stay ahead of emerging electronic technologies and trends
• Oversee the development lifecycle: from concept and prototyping to validation and production
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and product requirements
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage budgets, timelines and resource allocation for R&D projects
• Mentor and develop engineering talent within the team

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field (Masters / PhD preferred)
• Proven experience (5 years) in an R&D leadership role in electronics or embedded systems
• Strong understanding of analog / digital circuit design, PCB layout and embedded systems
• Experience with product development lifecycle and design for manufacture (DFM)
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
