Job summary

A leading technology firm in South Africa is seeking 4 experienced Field Service Supervisors to oversee IT service delivery. You will ensure effective staffing, provide technical support, and manage escalations. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of IT experience, is certified in A+ or MCSE, and possesses strong leadership skills. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to IT service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' proven IT work experience.
  • ITIL Foundation V3 Certified or higher.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure staffing and skill levels are maintained across shifts through effective scheduling.
  • Conduct briefings with FSA and Service Desk teams on any changes or deployments.
  • Provide first and second line support when required.
  • Review and action all tickets assigned to your cluster.
  • Undertake HR-related activities as needed.
  • Act as an escalation point for difficult support calls.
  • Produce performance statistics and management reports.
  • Represent the Managed FSA Services team in meetings.
  • Arrange staff training and awareness sessions.
  • Liaise with senior management and change management teams.
