The Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our team.

This position requires both technical expertise and sales acumen, helping clients understand how Sharpshell's engineering and plant maintenance services deliver measurable value.

This role is best suited for a sales engineer capable to create a sales pipeline that ensures our execution teams are always busy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of engineering, plant maintenance, fabrication and corrosion protection services.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships across petrochemical, mining, energy, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Engage at all organizational levels – from engineers and foremen to technical buyers.
  • Identify new business opportunities, qualify prospects, and build a healthy pipeline.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive technical presentations, proposals, and cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure client solutions are feasible and tailored.
  • Negotiate effectively, overcome objections, and close sales with consistent revenue growth.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports aligned with company growth targets.
  • Represent Sharpshell at client meetings, and site visits.

  • Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related) OR proven experience in technical sales.
