Job summary
A leading retail company in Pretoria is looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager for Carrol Boyes, you are a key member of the Retail Operational team, ensuring best practices are maintained and customers receive a level of service that surpasses all others.
- Manage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals are met
- Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash and managing in-store marketing
- Assign duties to relevant employees
