Your purpose as an Investment Service Consultant in Retail Client Services:
Your role as an Investment Service Consultant is to engage in intellectual and comprehensive interactions with our clients via our various servicing channels while actively participating in the firm’s drive for service excellence. Your interactions will be all encompassing and may include (but not limited to) discussions on products, processes, transactions, tax and legislative implications, our investment philosophy, industry trends and performance of our unit trust funds. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing superior client service, build lasting relationships with clients and independent financial advisers, and empower clients to make informed investment decisions.
Your purpose as an Operations Consultant in Retail Operations:
Our Retail Operations teams process transactions from clients and provide administrative support for the firm’s retail investment offering. Our Operations Consultants are responsible for ensuring that all incoming instructions are responded to and processed within a specific timeframe and regulatory framework. Operation consultants interact with clients and advisers to provide updates on transactions and to follow-up on any pending instructions, while maintaining a high level of service excellence.

We are looking for final-year studentswho are eligible and ready to start workin South Africa between December2025 and February 2026. Candidatesshould currently:
• Be completing a bachelor’s degree(Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor ofScience, Bachelor of BusinessScience, etc.)
• Have specialisations including, but not limited to, Finance, Economics, Investments, Mathematics and/or Statistics, Engineering and Business Management
• Have a strong academic track recordspanning across matric and university
