A fintech recruitment agency in Cape Town is seeking a Business Analyst with 2-5 years of experience in the South African payments landscape. The successful candidate will analyze business requirements for payment gateway features and optimize end-to-end card payment flows. Excellent communication skills and a passion for high-quality fintech solutions are essential. This role is on a 6-month contract basis within a dynamic fintech team that shapes the future of digital payments in South Africa.
Qualificações
- 2-5+ years in South African payments, specifically payment gateways or card-not-present processing.
- Strong understanding of card acceptance, 3D Secure, tokenization, settlement, and chargebacks.
- Proven business analysis skills: requirements gathering, process mapping, writing user stories.
Responsabilidades
- Analyse and define business requirements for payment gateway features.
- Map and optimise card payment flows including authorisation, settlement, and refunds.
- Support delivery teams through the full SDLC.
