Job summary
A dynamic recruitment firm is seeking a Business Analyst/Project Coordinator for a hybrid role in South Africa. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in business administration or a related field, along with strong project management and SAP experience. The position involves managing project backlogs and facilitating stakeholder communication over a 6-month contract. This role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Qualifications
- Strong background in project management and business analysis.
- Experience with SAP Catalogues and related stabilization.
- Proven ability to manage project documentation and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update the backlog for projects.
- Facilitate testing and validation to ensure requirements are met.
- Assist with resource scheduling and stakeholder communication.
- Execute project management administrative tasks.
Skills
Education
Tools
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in business administration, management, IT or a related field
- Project Management Courses
- Working knowledge of project management software (e.g. MS Project, Dynamic or similar)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Manage and update the backlog (support or projects) between PMO and Vendor
- Communicate activities, progress and manage dependencies
- Facilitate and perform testing and validation to ensure change and meets requirements
- Assisting with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks
- Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
- Managing project management or work package documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement, as directed by the project manager
- Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks
- Support team members when implementing risk management strategies
- Must have technical background, needs to have more BA and day to day project management experience
- Must have extensive SAP experience
- Will be working on SAP Catalogues
- Coordinator/business analysts
- Day to day leading of catalogues
- Stabalization of these catalogues
