Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Lead integrated creative teams in developing breakthrough ideas that solve business problems and drive measurable results
- Partner with Strategy and Client Services to interpret briefs, challenge assumptions, and elevate creative opportunities
- Define creative vision across campaigns, ensuring consistency and innovation across all touchpoints
- Present and defend creative work to clients and senior stakeholders with compelling rationale
Creative Excellence
- Conceptualize and art direct campaigns across all media (TVC, digital, social, experiential, emerging platforms)
- Champion craft excellence across all outputs, from initial concepts through final production
- Drive creative quality standards, ensuring work meets both brand objectives and cultural relevance
- Stay ahead of cultural trends, platform innovations, and emerging creative technologies
Team Development & Collaboration
- Mentor and develop Art Directors and Designers, fostering their creative and strategic growth
- Lead collaborative brainstorms and creative sessions that generate diverse, innovative thinking
- Work seamlessly with Copywriters, Designers, Strategists, and Production teams
- Provide constructive feedback that elevates ideas while maintaining team morale
Production & Execution
- Oversee production processes from concept through delivery, ensuring creative integrity
- Guide storyboard development, casting, location scouting, and shoot direction where applicable
- Collaborate with production partners, photographers, directors, and post‑production teams
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years' experience as Senior Art Director or similar at a recognized advertising/creative agency
- Proven portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and award‑worthy creative work
- Strong TTL (Through‑Line) and digital campaign experience
- Demonstrated ability to concept, art direct, and execute integrated campaigns
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Working knowledge of AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, etc.) and how to integrate them into workflows
- Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Design, Advertising, Visual Communication, or related field
- Experience with motion design, 3D, or interactive media
- Familiarity with Figma, Webflow, or other digital design/prototyping tools
- Brand identity and design system development experience
- Experience with WorkBook or similar project management platforms
- Understanding of social‑first content creation and platform‑specific best practices
