Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced factory supervisor to manage a team of 11 at a manufacturing facility in Durban North. Responsibilities include overseeing production, CNC milling, and lathe programming. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in manufacturing and a Trade Tested Artisan qualification. A degree in production or engineering will be advantageous, along with expertise in Inventor software.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• CNC Milling and Lathe programming experience essential.
• Must be able to work with Inventor and drafting software.
