Bachelor's degree in Communications / PR / Journalism or Marketing.
Global marketing experience is essential.
Minimum 3 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience in PR, corporate communications, marketing, customer service, sales, and/or office administration. Extensive product knowledge would be an advantage.
Knowledge of digital and print production processes, including design, layout, printing, and digital publications.
Experience in managing social media platforms would be advantageous.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; as well as knowledge of MEDIA / Visio programs.

Coordinate marketing communication activities relevant for more than one division.

Advise and assist in producing all advertising materials to ensure suitability and PR standards.
Control the organization’s advertising budget and expenses; maintain related research.
Ensure all job reports and editorials are completed and technical specifications are checked.
Content creation including text, images, and videos.
Web content management, online marketing, and data analytics.
Communicate and build relationships with all sales divisions to ensure effective customer brand affinity and awareness, through product editorials, advertising, job reports, customer feedback, and event advertising.
Control budgets and expenses according to each division’s requirements.
Organize and oversee market research in collaboration with all divisions.
Write press releases and arrange press conferences.
Assess marketing campaign results and media coverage reports.
Drive online web campaigns, create relevant content, and manage media publications and social media profiles.
Oversee content production (ads, videos, social media, online PR).
Maintain and develop the media plan for all divisions, ensuring strategic placement of adverts for maximum exposure and benefit.
