We are looking for a strategic, detail‑oriented Hybrid Media Planner to join our team. This role blends traditional and digital media planning, requiring someone who can think holistically about audience behavior, channel performance, and integrated campaign delivery. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop media Flowplans and Media schedules that drive measurable results.
Job Description
- Develop integrated media plans across digital, social, print, OOH, broadcast, and emerging channels.
- Analyse audience insights, market trends, and campaign performance to inform planning decisions.
- Build and manage media Flowplans, ensuring efficient allocation across channels.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and client service teams to align media recommendations with campaign objectives.
- Evaluate media proposals, negotiate rates, and manage relationships with media vendors.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise in real time to improve ROI.
- Prepare PCA reports and interim performance reports, insights, and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and platform updates.
- Solid understanding of traditional and digital media platforms, along with demonstrated proficiency in operating platform interfaces, analytics dashboards, and media planning tools.

Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in media planning across both traditional and digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency with media planning tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, programmatic platforms, Brand Mapp, similar web, ad check, telmar, Arianna and other industry planning tools).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and vendor‑management capabilities.
- A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
Preferred Experience
- Agency experience or experience managing multi‑channel campaigns.
- Familiarity with attribution modelling, audience segmentation, and performance optimisation.
- Understanding of both brand‑building and performance‑driven media strategies.
