Formación
Proven experience as a senior or general restaurant manager in a similar environment.
Strong understanding of inventory management, stock ordering, and financial reporting.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsabilidades
Ensure daily store operations run smoothly, including stock and staff management.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, manage kitchen operations, and oversee ordering processes.
Roster staff, ensure punctuality, motivate the team, and assist with disciplinary procedures when necessary.
Address customer feedback efficiently, uphold the company's ethos, and foster customer loyalty.
Utilize GAAP for invoicing, generate management reports, conduct daily stock-takes, and manage cash-up procedures.
