Formación

• Proven experience as a senior or general restaurant manager in a similar environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, stock ordering, and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly, including stock and staff management.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, manage kitchen operations, and oversee ordering processes.
• Roster staff, ensure punctuality, motivate the team, and assist with disciplinary procedures when necessary.
• Address customer feedback efficiently, uphold the company's ethos, and foster customer loyalty.
• Utilize GAAP for invoicing, generate management reports, conduct daily stock-takes, and manage cash-up procedures.
