Qualifications

• At least 5 years of verifiable operation, maintenance, and management experience at a Class B or higher WWTWS.
• Proven record of satisfactory prior performance in wastewater management.
• Ability to objectively assess and manage employee performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the plant including staff and administrative duties.
• Ensure compliance with budget and contractual requirements.
• Report on plant performance and ensure client satisfaction through quality service.
