Duties and Responsibilities:

• As part of the in-house Client Services team, you’ll be supporting campaign delivery from start to finish – working closely with internal teams and international stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Managing the setup of new campaigns and delivering approved creative assets within 48 hours to ensure swift and accurate launches.
• Entering both online and offline campaign details into the system with precision – adjusting live campaigns when necessary.
• Handling client and internal queries throughout the campaign lifecycle in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitoring campaigns from build to handover, ensuring accurate delivery and collaboration with key teams.
• Adapting to additional tasks or responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in B2B marketing – particularly within UK or US markets – is advantageous, though not essential.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of organisation.
• A self-starter mindset – quick to learn, eager to understand commercial processes, and confident in taking initiative.
• Flexibility to work independently or alongside international teams in the UK and USA; willingness to work US hours when required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a confident, professional communication style – comfortable engaging with both colleagues and external partners.
• Tech-savvy and quick to navigate various software platforms.
• Experience with HTML is a plus but not a requirement.
• Multilingual skills are a bonus, though not essential.
